About Green Lane Surgery

We are a GP Practice that provides comprehensive high quality patient centred health care and a wide range of medical services to our patients in and around the Dagenham area of Essex under the NHS.

Green Lane Surgery is a friendly practice with a caring and committed team of two doctors supported by a practice nurse and an experienced administrative staff. We work closely with district nurses, health visitors, midwives, healthcare workers, integrated community and mental health teams and local pharmacists. We now supported by our Primary Care Network additional staff namely Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapist, Social Prescribing Link Worker , Health and Care Co-ordinator and others to provide even better and safe health care., Our aim is to enabling our patients to enjoy the best physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We also promote healthier lifestyle and disease prevention. We listen, communicate and collaborate with our patients effectively.
