We are a GP Practice that provides comprehensive family health care and a wide range of medical services to our patients in and around the Dagenham area of Essex.
Green Lane Surgery is a friendly, family run practice with a caring and committed team of two Doctors supported by a practice Nurse and an experienced administrative staff. We also work with District nurses, Health visitors, various, Midwives, Healthcare Workers and Integrated Community Team. Our aim is to improve the health of our community by delivering modern, high quality medical health care under NHS. We listen, communicate and collaborate with our patients effectively.
Although you will be officially registered with one doctor as your named GP, you may see either of the two doctors of your choice. However, it is recommended that, once treatment has commenced you continue to see the same doctor for that specific medical problem.

Dr Narendra P. S. Teotia (m)
Dr Teotia has been practicing in Dagenham since 1980 and has a keen interest in Respiratory, Diabetes, Cardiovascular, musculoskeletal medicine, cryotherapy and joint injections. He has been a GP appraiser for many years and at present is a member of the Local Medical Committee and Clinical Director of Barking and Dagenham North Primary Care Network. Dr Teotia is also a member of several CCGs, local authorities ICSs and STP committees.

Dr Tina Teotia (f)
Dr Tina qualified from University College London in 2002. She completed her Masters in Medical Ethics and Law in 2009. Her special interests include women’s health, child health, cardiology, contraception, evidence based prescribing and medical law.
